Shipping charges are determined by weight of baskets. The shipping charge for both baskets is $15.00. Baskets will be delivered by DHL, and shipped between 7 to 10 business days (Maybe Sooner) just to be safe. Shipping only in the UNITED STATES.

Teensy Weensy Clothing & More Exchange Policy for baskets only, is as follows, any items in the Large Clothing Basket that are damaged or defective will be exchanged. Also, the small basket with accessories, if any of the items are damaged or defective can be exchanged except for the (Wee Soothie). All Exchanges must be taken care of within 7 business days.
Teensy Weensy Clothing & More Return Policy for baskets only, is as follows, Baskets that are damaged or defective can be returned, and clients can be fully refunded along with proof, (PICTURES) and a RECEIPT within 10 days. If clients want to return baskets just because they don't want them, then you can but, clients are responsible for all shipping charges. Refund plus sales tax if applicable, will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time of purchase, and can take between 10 to 15 business days to show on your billing statement. Also, packs of diapers that are opened can not be returned.

Precious Preemie Individual Clothing is Shipped at a Flat Rate of $7.95 by UPS or USPS. Items will ship between 5 to 10 days. Shipping only in the United States.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
For Individual Preemie clothing in the Precious Preemie Section is as follows. If items are defective or damaged they can be exchanged or refunded. Items being exchanged or refunded need to have Proofs (Pictures) and Receipts. Exchanges will need to be done within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to how items were purchased, and credit including tax if applicable will take between 10 to 15 business days to show on Billing Statement. Clients are responsible for all shipping charges on items being returned.
